Stavsky Home (1997)
The Volchin Town Hall was erected on the site of the home and store of Rachmil Stavky's family -- Dov's grandfather. The house was built with white silicate bricks, which have been reused to build the town hall. In 1997, the building was occupied by a medical facility.
